Honest never offers credit limit increases or card upgrades via SMS, phone, or social media. Limit increases are regularly evaluated based on usage history by Honest. You'll be notified through our app or the official Honest WhatsApp.
Honest Card can’t be used for cash withdrawals at any ATM. If anyone claims to ask for your information for cash withdrawal, don’t respond and contact the official Honest WhatsApp immediately.
Honest never sends messages or threats about blocking your Honest Card. Please contact us through the official Honest WhatsApp for assistance. Remember, only you have the ability to unblock your card, either through the app or the official Honest WhatsApp.
Honest never requests card delivery information via SMS, phone, or social media. Any information regarding card delivery will only be notified through the official Honest WhatsApp.
Honest never send alerts about suspicious transactions through any channel except our app or the official Honest WhatsApp. Don’t respond and contact the official Honest WhatsApp immediately.
Honest never requests personal and card details, like your card number, expiry date, and CVC, through links or APKs. Please do not open any links or APKs unless they are from official Honest WhatsApp.
