ARTICLE B - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Subject to the limitations set out in this Article B (Terms and Conditions) and compliance with Article A (Key Points) above, the Coupon can be applied to standalone prepaid hotel bookings (not hotel bookings combined with other products such as flight + hotel) made online through the Website. The coupon can only be used for prepaid bookings and cannot be redeemed for bookings paid at the destination. The coupon cannot be redeemed for package bookings.
2. The coupon is personalized to you and is valid for one-time use only. The coupon can only be used once and will be considered fully redeemed by you and expired after an eligible booking is made, even if that booking is later canceled.
3. The coupon cannot be redeemed for bookings of properties listed on the exclusion list accessible at https://www.expedia.co.id/lp/p/pm-coupon-hotelexclusion. The exclusion list may be modified from time to time without prior notice.
4. Provided you meet the requirements herein, the Coupon will entitle you to a Discount on the relevant travel reservation price before the application of tax, tax recovery charges, applicable fees, or additional charges.
5. The coupon is only valid for the Booking Period, for travel during the Travel Period, when booked only on the Website, and not booked on other Expedia sites.
6. Only one Coupon per transaction can be used. If you make a booking for multiple rooms in one transaction, the discount only applies to the lowest-priced room (i.e., if you book three rooms, the discount only applies to one of the three rooms and not all rooms).
7. The coupon cannot be redeemed against taxes, tax recovery charges, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees, or miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Website Terms of Use apply and all bookings are subject to availability.
8. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount coupons, promotions, or special offers.
9. Bookings made using the Coupon are not eligible for reward/mileage/cashback/other benefits under any reward/mileage/cashback/similar program offered through any third-party marketing affiliate of Expedia. The coupon cannot be used for pre-existing bookings.
10. The coupon will be deemed fully redeemed once an eligible booking is made. The coupon has no cash value and no refunds or cash replacements will be offered. No residual value and, therefore, no credit will be given if the purchase amount is less than the Discount. The coupon cannot be reused, even if you change or cancel the booking.
11. The coupon can only be used by Mastercard cardholders; be of legal age in Indonesia; and be a legal resident of Indonesia. The coupon is not valid if prohibited by law.
12. The coupon cannot be used by employees of Expedia Group companies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, including, but not limited to, travel agent program partners.
13. Misuse of the Coupon by you, including, but not limited to, publication or sale of the Coupon, is prohibited and may be considered fraud. This coupon is non-transferable or saleable.
14. Coupons obtained through unauthorized channels, cut, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or modified in any way will be deemed invalid.
15. If Expedia becomes aware of, or has reason to suspect (in Expedia's reasonable opinion), that the customer: (a) has violated these Coupon Code Terms of Use; (b) has obtained this Coupon from unauthorized channels; (c) has used the Coupon with the intention of reselling any booked travel products; (d) engaged in actions that affect the fairness, integrity, or proper conduct related to this offer; or (e) committed fraud, Expedia may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Coupon and/or cancel any bookings made by the customer using the Coupon without providing any reason.
16. Expedia reserves the right not to refund the customer for canceled transactions, including any non-refundable bookings. For the avoidance of doubt, this Coupon can only be used by customers making bookings directly on the Website and cannot be used through or by third-party travel agents or intermediaries.
17. Expedia reserves the right to change the terms of use of the Coupon or cancel the Coupon at any time. Expedia's decisions in all matters relating to this offer are final. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any other language translations, the English version shall prevail.
18. These Voucher Code Terms of Use are as stated and cannot be altered by any unauthorized representative, including Expedia employees.
19. These Voucher Code Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington.
20. This coupon is offered by Expedia, Inc., a Washington company, with headquarters at 1111 Expedia Group Way W, Seattle, WA 98119, USA, (“Expedia”).
