The admin fee is a small charge applied to your statement to help cover operational costs and to continuously provide you with new features to enjoy.
No admin fee is charged if you have no statement balance.
How to get admin fee refund?
Your admin fee is refunded when you pay in full and on time.
If we receive your full payment before the due date, we’ll refund your admin fee within 3 working days from your statement due date. You’ll see the refund in your recent transactions in the Honest App, and your available spending limit will increase by the same amount as the refund.
Why do we refund admin fee?
We refund the admin fee to reward customers who pay their bills on time. We encourage responsible financial habits and ensure you can enjoy the benefits of the Honest Card, along with the added bonus of having the admin fee fully refunded!
How is admin fee charged?
Admin fees are personalized and range from 0% to 6.49%. You can check your specific admin fee rate in your statement.
The admin fee is applied to your statement balance (excluding fees and interest). You can find the admin fee amount in the statement issued on the 16th of every month.
Scenario 1: You spent for the first time
- Your admin fee rate is 3.99%
- You spent Rp1.000.000 on 7 May
- Your admin fee on the 16 May statement = 3.99% x Rp1.000.000 = Rp39.900
Scenario 2: You didn't pay your last statement and haven't spent since.
- Your admin fee rate is 3.99%
- You spent Rp 1.000.000 on 7 May
- You didn’t make a repayment of Rp1.039.900 on the 16 May statement
- Your admin fee on the 16 June statement = 3.99% x Rp1.000.000 = Rp39.900
Although you didn’t make any purchases in June, an admin fee of Rp39.900 is charged on your June statement because you didn’t pay your May statement in full.
Important notes
- Admin fees are charged based on your personalized rate applied to the principal balance. The Rp150,000 admin fee cap per month will be lifted on 16 August 2024, which may result in an increase in the admin fee.
- To ensure your payment is processed on time, make sure it’s fully settled in your Honest App (with no “Pending” status) by 21:00 GMT+7.
- If your payment isn’t reflected in our bank account by 21:00 GMT+7, you will not be eligible for the admin fee refund.
